Meet Jessie

9 years ago, I was the girl doing ab workouts in my bedroom because I was too anxious to step foot in a gym.


When I finally did, I went at 1am with my sister so no one would see me.
For years, I felt stuck in a body I wasn't comfortable in. I was constantly bloated, tried every diet under the sun, and trained harder and harder thinking that was the answer. Instead, I just ended up exhausted, frustrated, and no closer to feeling good in myself.


What finally changed things wasn't another fad diet or extreme workout plan. It was learning how to eat properly, train with purpose, and build habits I could actually stick to.


The confidence, energy, and results came after that.


Over the last few years, I've helped more than 1,000 women do the same, and that's exactly why I created Toned Lifestyle Club.
